Transport
Minutes away from the superb M1 with links to Drogheda and Dublin Airport in less than 15 minutes. Also nearby is the commuter rail service to Dublin and Drogheda from Balbriggan and Gormanston rail stations, both served by an excellent shuttle-bus service. A direct link to the M1 from Stamullen village will be delivered in the near future as part of the East Meath Local Area Plan.

Whether it’s a pint in the local Pub or any of the superb watering holes in the area or a meal out in any of the fine nearby restaurants, there is no shortage of things to do at Stamullen. And if a
night at the movies is your thing there is always the new Savoy cinema complex in nearby Balbriggan.

Schools
Young families are very well provided for with a superb local crèche, newly refurbished & extended primary school and Gormanston secondary college catering for both boys and girls. Gormanston secondary college boasts extensive grounds, playing pitches, swimming pool, and a 9 hole golf course. Loretto Girls school is minutes away in nearby Balbriggan.

Walks
Adjacent to Silverstream is a beautiful riverside walk along the Delvin river. Also nearby is East Meath’s best kept secret, the beautiful Gormanston strand, with its easy access to miles of unspoiled beach.

Shopping
Everything from the delightful Stamullen village for local convenience shopping which is within comfortable walking distance, to the major shopping centres at Swords, Balbriggan & Drogheda.

Sport
There is a host of sporting facilities in the Stamullen area including St Patrick's GAA Club with its thriving juvenile section. The Club has advanced plans for a new club house/community centre, playing fields, and running track, all weather & floodlight facilities, in a 20 acre state of the art complex. You can enjoy a variety of golfing facilities with no fewer than six superb golf courses all within a short distance. Also in Stamullen is an active cycling club, horse riding facilities and badminton club. If you still have energy to expend there is always the nearby gym at Balbriggan!
