Michael Simpson Michael is Joint Managing Director of Shenick Homes. He co-founded Shenick Homes with his late father Michael Simpson Senior in 1981 and since then has spearheaded the growth of the company. Our success is attributed in no small part to his hands on approach to each Shenick Homes development combined with an unrelenting focus on quality.
Tony Fayne Dip. Con. Econ. M.R.I.C.S., A.S.C.S. Tony is Joint Managing Director of Shenick Homes. Tony is primarily responsible for the project management of each Shenick Homes development. His vast experience in Ireland & overseas, both as Senior Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager has played a pivotal part in the delivery of exceptionally high quality homes.
David Simpson B.Comm F.C.A.
David is a Chartered Accountant & former partner in BDO Simpson Xavier, the firm he co-founded and helped grow to one of the largest firms of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Ireland. He is also past president of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. David is primarily responsible for the strategic development of Shenick Homes. Like Tony & Michael, he has a single minded focus on quality & a commitment to integrity.
Ignatius McComb B.A., F.C.M.A.
Ignatius is our Group Financial Controller, with overall responsibility for the group finance function. He joined Shenick in August 2002, with ten years’ previous experience in the construction industry and 23 years' accountancy experience overall.
Richard Barnwell
Richard is our Contracts Manager, with full responsibility for all site-related issues. Richard joined Shenick in 1982 and has a wide range of experience in all areas of the house building industry.
Maureen Horan, M.I.A.T.I
Maureen joined Shenick in August 1998. She is a qualified Accounting Technician with very wide experience of the accounts role, and works closely with the directors and the Group Financial Controller, dealing with all aspects of the accounts function for the Shenick Group.
Sheila Tumelty
Sheila joined Shenick in October 1998, already very experienced in the secretarial and administrative fields. She acts as personal assistant to Michael Simpson, Tony Fayne and David Simpson and, in conjunction with her PA duties, has overall responsibility for administrative issues relating to the completion and sale of our housing units.
